What is a Health Coach?

Doctors are great at helping pinpoint the “what” – identifying illness.  But they may not have time to work with you to craft a specific health approach to address your unique heath needs.

A health coach is someone who helps you with the “how” – developing personalized health solutions to prevent and address address illness, to help you feel your best!

Our first step is to get to know each other and discuss your specific health and wellness goals. Often this includes reviewing lab results and hearing what your doctor recommends.

Next we work together to build and launch your personalized wellness plan – one that fits your unique needs and schedule – starting with realistic goals that motivate and energize you to achieve your increased health and wellness objectives.

We help support you as you make incremental changes — some smaller, some larger — that can help you start to feel positive changes fast and also result in significant and sustainable improvements over time.
